Delivery of all products

We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the
address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or

VAT
For non UK, customers residing in
Jersey and Guernsey, countrplease note that any items purchased from Isle gallery website are inclusive of VAT and we have no obligation to
supply items with zero percent VAT.
All queries relating to
Vat should be made to the Customs Department at the Isle of Man
Government on ++44 (0) 1624 685685.
Cancelling your
order
You may cancel your order
with us providing that we haven’t picked, packed or despatched your
items. If we have picked, packed or despatched your items then we are
unable to stop the delivery process. You may of course return any
goods you do not want in accordance with our returns policy, but we
will not be able to refund the outward postage costs. Please refer to
the returns section on this website for further details.
Returns Policy
At the Isle gallery, we want
you to be satisfied with your purchases that you make. Should you
require to return anything you have purchased from us the following
policies apply.
Goods purchased maybe
refunded or exchanged providing you have a valid proof of purchase and are
returned unused in their correct packaging.
If we find that the
product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition we
reserve the right not to refund or exchange the item.
Non returnable items: pierce earrings and other pierced jewellery
Returns via post:
You may return an item via post using the returns slip provided it is
within 28 days of purchase with your delivery returns note, please
ensure that you retain proof of postage as we cannot accept liability
for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned.
Returns via the Mill
Shop: Alternatively you may return the item to
the store within 15 days of purchase by presenting the item and your
delivery note as proof of purchase to a member of staff
and inform them that you purchased it
online. You can then obtain an exchange or a refund via the original
payment method. Please not we cannot except returns into store
without a delivery note.
Please note that delivery
charges will only be refunded if the product has been incorrectly
sent by us or is proved to be faulty.
No refunds will be given
without a receipt or other proof of purchase.
The above does not
affect your statutory rights.
Items lost in the
post
If the delivery date has
exceeded and you have still not received your full order please
contact us at info@islegallery.com
We will then investigate
the matter; this could take up to 5 working days. However we will
keep you informed, please note we can only entertain enquires for
lost items within 30 days of dispatch.
If you have returned an
item to us and you have not yet received a refund within 30 working
days of postage please contact us at info@islegallery.com
and we will investigate the matter further, this could take up to 5
working days. Please note it may take your bank up to 21 working days
to refund your account, we are not liable and cannot take
responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the
refund process.
We will not be held
responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations
under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause
which is beyond our reasonable control.
This condition does not
affect your statutory rights.
